WARRANTY

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (person who has purchased the product directly from www.pixpaq.com ) and is not transferable. 

pixpaq.com will not undertake responsibility for product malfunction or non-operation caused by use of poor quality media, unstable power supply, earthing problems, electrical discharge of other products or on account of wrongful product software/firmware up-gradation undertaken by the Purchaser.

Any Problem occurring on Projector lens , LCD Panel, Polorizer Glass and motherboard due to excess use and dust and burn will are not covered in warranty and repair will be  chargeable.

Dust accumulation is not a part of warranty. As we get the problem resolved online, And still after that customer wants a replacement of dust issue. Customer needs to send the projector back to our office for any resolution. 

Warranty for Motorized Screen is applicable only for  6 month

Warranty only covers the actual product functionality and does not include aesthetic/external elements such as cover plastics, glassware, accessories, outer-casing, connectors, antenna wires, cables and consumables. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.

All items include manufacturer’s Warranty. The time span for items are valid under manufacturer warranty Terms. Warranty matters are taken care by the manufacturer directly, By placing a direct complaint to Manufacturer or Brand.

CUSTOMER SHOULD BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND ABOVE

The User acknowledges and certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to order or to make payment for purchases on website.

Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.pixpaq.com or mail us at: support@pixpaq.in. Mails shall be entertained only if your order hasn’t already been shipped/ dispatched.

DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY

In the event of a non-delivery or late delivery due to error by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost/charges spent by pixpaq.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User that placed the Order.

RIGHT TO CANCEL & INCORRECT PRICING

pixpaq.com reserves the rights to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that’s listed at an incorrect price or for the other reason. This shall be no matter whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. the precise payment of amount paid shall be refunded and therefore the User shall be told of an equivalent.
